FAQs

Q: Where will my tickets be delivered?

A: Your tickets will be sent to you at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. 

 

Q: What is the cost of admission?

A: Great question! General Admissions tickets cost $10 each (and don’t forget, we’re donating 1 of those 10 dollars to charity). For Senior Citizens ages 65 and up, tickets are $5 apiece. Children under the age of 12 get in free - and to show our appreciation and gratitude for their services, Veterans, Military and First Responders get in free, too.   

Q: Do you have any discounts on tickets?

A: Yes, purchase a ticket through our website and receive a discount. Furthermore, if you’re a small business owner, we encourage you to apply for an Exhibit Sponsorship through our Small Business Program, which is another one of our philanthropic initiatives that we hold close to our hearts. 

 

Q: I can’t find my tickets anywhere!

A: If you can’t seem to find your tickets in your inbox, we’re happy to e-mail them to you again for no additional fee. 

 

Q: Can I bring my kids?

A: Please do! We allow children of all ages, and children under the age of 12 even get in for free. 

Q: What are the hours and dates of the 2019 Tampa Bay Home + Holiday Show?

A: The Tampa Bay Home + Holiday Show will be held this year on Friday, November 8th, from 12pm-8pm, Saturday, November 9th, from 11am-8pm, and Sunday, November 10th, from 11am-6pm EST. 

Q: Can I return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?

A: We would be delighted if you found something you liked so much that you wanted to return for a second day to buy it. If this happens, please visit our Show Manager in the Show Office during the event, and we’ll be more than happy to help you get what you want!

 

Q: Can I bring my pet to the show?

A: Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, no pets are allowed at the show unless they are part of a paid exhibitor’s display or a service animal. 

 

Q: Is food available at the Tampa Convention Center?

A: Yes! In addition to our Holiday Boutique, there will be several food vendors on-site, including the Center’s cafe, which offers hot and cold meals, snacks, and beverages. 

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, the Tampa Convention Center is a wheelchair-accessible facility.

 

Q: How can I find out where a specific exhibitor at the show is going to be?

A: Please check out our Exhibitors List page for the full list of the businesses who will be exhibiting at the show, along with their booth numbers.

Q: Does it cost extra to attend the art exhibit or to see the speakers you have lined up for the show?

A: No - your ticket gives you full access to everything that will be available at the show, including the art show, speaker series, Holiday Boutique and raffle for vacation tickets, with no extra or hidden charges to worry about!
